Client Responsibilities

- Disclose known underground utilities, irrigation systems, drainage systems, septic systems, invisible fences, and similar structures.
- Remove vehicles, equipment, and obstacles from work areas.
- Secure pets and animals during service visits.
The Company is not responsible for damage to hidden, improperly marked, or undisclosed structures.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice.
- Deposits may be required before work begins.
- Progress payments may be required for larger projects.
Past-due accounts may incur interest charges and collection costs as permitted by Vermont law.
The Company reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Plant Materials and Natural Conditions
Landscape installations involve living plant materials and natural conditions beyond the Company's control.
We do not guarantee plant survival or performance when affected by:
- Weather
- Drought
- Flooding
- Disease
- Insects
- Wildlife
- Soil conditions
Improper maintenance by others
Any plant warranty must be provided separately in writing.
Snow and Ice Management
Snow removal and de-icing services reduce winter hazards but cannot eliminate all risks associated with snow, ice, freezing rain, or changing weather conditions.
Property owners remain responsible for exercising reasonable care and caution on their premises.
LUND Landscape Services does not guarantee completely ice-free or hazard-free conditions.
